Yeah loneliness can be a tough incentive to settle for anyone


I was like that for a long time


But now I've been single for a while but Im insistent on not settling no matter what


My next partner will be someone I genuinely feel attracted to not just someone who sort-of said yes to me

I've been hoping someone would settle for me but that's not happened. At my best I'm average looking and the only thing I have that makes me appealing in anyway is I try to do the right thing and follow my moral compass but that's not enough to attract a partner. My looks aren't even my biggest problem with being appealing to date and at my very best I'm an average looking guy.

Yes, the longer someone is single, the stronger their desire for companionship might become. This can lead them to be more open to relationships and less focused on holding out for a “perfect” partner.

We all settle... for most things in life. It's only the degree that changes.

I think it's more true for girls than for guys because girls have that biological clock. If they make it through their twenties and haven't found a partner they get desperate and many times and up settling because they run out of time to have children.

Men not so much. That's not an issue for them. Girls need to get serious at a young age, guys don't.

Depends on where they are in life. If you're 21 you can take your time. If you're 40 you may to compromise some things
