Honestly it just depends on the guy. Not everyone looks good "super buff" and not everyone looks good "average". As long as the person is healthy and keeping themselves in good shape, that's the important thing.

I prefer slender with not a lot of muscle. I don't like skinny per se. Whatever you'd describe this body type is it.

I don't need them muscle-bound. However, they should be able to run 2 miles in under 16 minutes, do 25 pushups, and do 50 setups in under 2 minutes.

Don't want a partner but my standards really wouldn't be high. A girl would just have to be below 30% body fat in order for me to find her attractive.
