Quite the opposite. The interest is there but for one reason it another she isn't ready to date. Not specifically you, but in general. This could be because of several things. She could have just gotten out of a relationship and isn't ready for a new one. She could be doing the whole "love yourself" first thing. Or even making sure that she's emotionally available for a partner.

I'm any event she does like you, but for some reason isn't ready for commitment. If there is genuine interest on you end I would ask her why she isn't ready. Meet her with compassion and understanding when you ask and proceed from there.

I dk how old she is but I imagine not that old and has perhaps had a tough time in the past and bringing up a child while studying is a challenge for anyone on their own. Her situation may be on her limit of holding it together and adding a new relationship into the mix may be a step too far.
