I don't know anyone who is comfortable doing this unless we're on a beach or something -- and at that point we've been killing ourselves doing plank and other ab/glute exercises for weeks.

I've SEEN folks show off their muffin top, of course, but it always seems very unattractive to me and shows the person is not really intuitive as to how to show their body off to the best advantage. (And I'm not body shaming here. CURVY IS GORGEOUS. Just that the curvy gals look best in styles that are cut way differently and showcase their best features.)
