Why does my boyfriend keep referring to all of his coworkers by name, with the exception of one woman? He always refers to this woman as she?

That's weird. How can he manage to only call someone "she"? It seems he'd have to say her name for you to know which "she" he's referring to... right?

That's ok. It doesn't have to make sense to me.

I'm going to say, that's weird. I've never heard of that before. Why should he think of one specific woman any differently than the rest?

I agree that this is something to keep an eye on. I couldn't tell you why. It's fishy though. I'll give you that.

Most likely she works in another department like HR and he’s not even met her yet, just communicated digitally.

They did meet 1x for his interview she will be his boss.

He met them all for an interview but has yet to start working with them yet.

That’s what I assumed you would say. So he met his boss for the interview and in that interview she introduced him to his coworkers. He had to repeat their names when shaking hands so he tried to use that opportunity to remember their name. Just 2 people so not that hard.

No not yet. He just started the job and she called him to give him the offer. I thought that all made sense. However than she started texting him. So i did say she seems more friendly than professional.
