Why does this guy coworker never mention me his wife and never mentions her to me unlike to his other people?

For instance his wife is selling some fruits for like 6 $ and he was asking around almost everyone who wants to buy it excluding me I only got to find out about it through a friend that’s buying it from him and she mentioned that he asked if I would be interested in buying but never asked me why is he like that yet we talk all the time and stuff

We know like for 6 months now each other at work and we used to interact a lot than he moved to different schedule so I see him but less but I’m kinda mad at him and been avoiding him right now so all I get from him is a good morning and he was passing by me thst other day and called me Miss and my name and I don’t remember the last time for him to call me this and lately he would stuff like are you okay? Or I’ll be alright, or what you brought for lunch, or he asked asked one time if I was mad at him but it will be small gestures like that so is there anything or he just being friendly
