How true do you think is the whole idea of “high value” men and women?

I’m so tired of seeing people preaching about high value this, high value that. I do think there are definitely high value men and women out there, but I feel like social media has twisted the entire concept of what exactly being high value entails.

I’ve seen people online describing someone as high value simply because he is a high-earning man. I feel like there’s soooo much more to it and a lot of it are subjective. What do you think?

I agree with what you say about the label "high value". People who talk about that are all about wealth. They are posers, into consumerism, expensive clothes, cars, jewelry, etc.

That's not what I call high value.

The best examples of high value I know are my cousins who are successful farmers in Wisconsin. They are up before dawn working. They are also business people. Their farms are big business.

The boys can ride bulls, change tires on tractors and repair farm equipment, operate heavy machinery, plant and harvest acres of crops, toss hay bales, care for their animals and dairy cows, build a new dairy facility themselves, hunt and fish in their spare time, build playgrounds for the local schools, and participate in community activities. They also excel in baseball and football and school. They go to college. They wind up marrying pretty local girls and raise families to continue the business.
These guys are built like professional sports stars but don't accomplish that by going to the gym.

The girls do all of that stuff, too, except for the heavy labor. They care for animals. They hunt mushrooms in their spare time. They excel at school and women's sports. They cook three meals a day and bake. They participate in local activities and competitions like Miss whatever, and they win. They are pillars of the community.
They go to college and wind up marrying handsome local boys. They have children and raise a new generation of farmers.
They are strong and pretty, but don't aspire to look like Park Avenue arm candy.

All of those people have the kind of quiet confidence that says you wouldn't want to fuck with them. But they are super nice and down to earth. They are high value but, to them, they are just normal.

I think it's stupid manosphere terminology. It's for red pilled idiots. It has unfortunately become mainstream language among too many younger people.

A person's value as a romantic partner is subjective to the individuals feelings.

They don't know what high value is. It's a bunch of losers throwing it around yet they're not high value, uneducated, unattractive, no life and no friends for a reason.

High value man =Honesty, morals, generosity, personality, family oriented, educated, and a high earner.

The confusion is uneducated people equate all high EARNING men as high value. Puff daddy aka p. diddy is high earning but low value as he has no class, no integrity, lacks generosity, not a family man, abuses, lies and cheats.

I think there's a lot to it, but its not universal. But obviously someone who has their life together with higher quality traits is not going to date someone of low quality. Like if your broke and obese why would the smart, beautiful, uplifting, nurturing girl want to be the mother of your children? If your a demanding bitch whose not even all that pretty why would men care if they have other options that are friendly and at minimum equally pretty?

You’ll never reach a point where you’re “high value” and people owe you reverence by default.

True value is internal:
It’s confidence, assertion, morals, all these things

People who claim top x % of x gender are ____, are under the delusion that all or most people are looking for the same things in a mate.

There are women that some guys fight over that I wouldn't give the time of day.
There are men that some women fight over that other women find repulsive or boring.

Any person who has a smidge of intelligence knows that how desirable someone finds another person to be is not something that can be objectively measured, it is 100% subjective any day all day. I honestly feel bad for the “men” who actually buy into this nonsense. You spent all that time and effort into TRYING to be a “high value man,” and what do you have to show for it?
