Do guys think it’s weird if a girl in her early 20s has never dated?

It’s not like I planned to not have boyfriends, a first kiss, or sex yet. Guys assume I’m just religious or something when I tell them—out of the 3 dates I’ve been on in the span of five year. (I don’t get it; I’m attractive, have all the assets guys are suppost to like, and I’m sweet and a fun person—just a bit shy. I’ve never been approached, hit on maybe once or twice but all by guy that were weird, or I just wanted to be friend with.) I’m starting to wonder if there’s any hope for me, and it’s starting to rlly weigh on my mental health, so much so I’m starting to avoid dating apps like the plague. Thus, is it weird or just surprising to guys when they find out a girl is inexperienced in every way possible? Is it a red flag, causing the guy to wonder if somethings wrong with her? I don’t want a guy to think that and just base the whole interactions on just ‘figuring her out.’

It is pretty normal not to have dated at that age. Nothing wrong with you and I find it actually a good thing. I don't know what you are doing in life, if you are studying or not but if you are, you set your priorities in life by prioritizing your studies over dating.

This shows intelligence because you don't want to mess up your studies and then even drop out or fail your final exams just because your attention was diverted from the most important thing and that is your education.

Not being hit on is actually a blessing. I don't date and I hate when guys do that because it gives me the impression that I am just an object. Be proud and enjoy your single life. It has much more advantages than disadvantages.

Weird is the wrong word. More like unusual. Everyone I grew up with was dating by the time they were 14.

When I was 20 I focused on my studies and avoided relationship.

I started dating around 25. And married at 27.

Hence when I read your details and look at your age, I like to say, no worries. Focus on your studies then your career.

When you're in the workforce, guys who want to "settle down" will approach you. (Better than guys who just want sex.)

PS: if you think you're shy and lack communication skills, then join classes that will enhance social skills. It'll benefit your work life and thereafter romantic life.

As a small help I'll point out women usually take the first step. Most commonly this is repeated eye contact, smiles and so on. Basically you communicate clear interest and a go-ahead to approach. If you have not been doing this then despite all your 'assets' only more socially clueless guys will try.

So practice some flirting. It is fun. And when you find someone you like, let whatever you want to happen, happen.

It's not a red flag nor is it weird. But if it's weighing on you, is there anyone you're interested in? Shoot your shot and see what happens. Maybe they're interested in hanging out. You don't need to be desperately looking for a romantic partner. Make some friends.

nope not at all.
For some dating is not high on the list of priorities.
Sometimes they are taking care of a family member, or they are focused on their education, career.
In your case sitting around waiting for something to happen has not worked out so well for you.
You might want to be the one that makes the first move.
It might be something in your personality, the way you present yourself, body language, all sorts of things.
