Is it weird to still like a wannabe singer who can't sing?

The woman I'm dating really thinks she can sing, but she's very much off key and can't carry a tune. She'll annoy people with her singing voice, but doesn't seem to notice that she's so bad that it annoys them.

No, it isn't. You like who you like. I mean I'm sure there are other great skills/talent she has or she can do that you appreciate. Her singing off key annoyed people but didn't annoy yet, right? If it does, I'd gently let her know that she needs to work on it.

Yeah, I don't mind listening to her singing, I just love being around her so much that I overlook it.

That doesn't stop 90% of people in the mainstream. Most are using auto-tune and pitch correction. The saddest part of this is the people that worship these no-talents are clueless to it OR they simply don't care, which may be even worse, depending on your standards where it comes to music.

@nikki1989 There is truth to that, a bar tender let her sing and continue singing at the bar on stage just because he thought she was good looking, even with some people covering their ears as she was singing Party In The USA.
