If i was off camera when i noticed, i’d just leave her. We do too much to protect people from natural selection. The only reason the species has come as far as it has is natural selection weeding the dumb and the weak out of the gene pool. Now that we protect those useless tw*ts and it’s every woman’s “right” to reproduce, the world is filling up with completely useless jack*sses. First thing I do is laugh. Then, I pull her out of the barrel. Shouldn't be too hard to lift a 125 pound woman. If, for some reason, she's really stuck, I call 911 and let the fireman show their expertise at extractions.
I am actually familiar with helping in this exact situation. I’ve done a tone of research.
1st- give a couple tugs and see how stuck she is. 2nd- after every 2-3 pulls, “accidentally” grab or rub her buttocks 3rd it’s probably for the best if you remove her pants so they don’t mess any thing up or they don’t make her more stuck And finally, I have to remove my pants. I do that for a few reasons

It’s possible. If she tipped over head first in she would be stuck because there’s nowhere to put her feet for leverage to pull herself out and if she doesn’t have the upper body strength to push herself up off the ground she’s be stuck
Once saw a story about a guy who got stuck behind a vending machine and he died as people passed by and could hear his cries for help over the noise of the machine
If she is not family I'd do nothing besides call for assistance, as a man there is no way I'd just grab her and pull her out, as that would leave me open to SA Charges in the current social climate.
