A coworker and I had an one-night stand about 2 months ago then we had a falling out about the situation. He brought the awkwardness to work and started to quote him, "acting dead at work so he doesn't get in trouble." Everyone noticed it and thought it was about me so did I. He kept saying it was about work, well eventually a lot of people learned. He kept telling me one about why he was acting weird and telling other people other reasons.
Well fast forward to know, we work on different teams now and I had to work with him on a project. He was fine at first then sort of switched like he didn't want me talking to him.
I don't know if it was about me or not. He doesn't tell me anything. It makes me feel very uncomfortable and scared of him. He is an alcoholic.
I'm trying to decide if I should reach out and try to at least make things less awkward at work or its a bad idea because he may snap at me. Should I try to talk things out with him?
