Red flags are the opposite of attractive they are the things that say RUN!!! However, many people simply excuse things and don’t want to see it.

Now there is people out there who love toxicity and they deserve what they get. Most likely because they possess these same traits.

If I see red flags or my stomach tells me there's a red flag, I'm running or staying FAR away from them. Going towards them after seeing red flags would be a stupid idea. At that point you're asking to get into trouble or a problematic situation. If your body says no, listen to it. It's trying to protect & keep you safe from things you aren't noticing. Things that are dangerous or harmful to you. That also includes a person.

Early in life I took red flags as "run", wisely.

Later on, I discovered some red flags were interpreted as green flags or ignored. I should I have learned the value of the red flag. In such cases, would eventually end up throwing in a black flag.

Green flags were ignored so often.

It's important for the interpreter to learn flags and how to process them.
