Like with most things in life, one cannot make a general statement. While a few black skinned women will find white men attractive, a vast majority of the will more likely want to stay with their ethnic group. This is pretty normal and the norm. But not just blacks and white. This would apply to all ethnicity. It is just something that is probably in our genes that we tend to want to be with the ones that are similar to us.

I believe that this interracial thing is more something of the US because Asians and African people tend to want to remain closely knit.
