I only have hair on my underarms and down there. I prefer a man who either doesn’t care or prefers natural body hair. I do checked on online forums again. I noticed there are men who are grossed out by it while others didn’t mind one bit. If I were to pick a man who prefers no body hair I will leave him because he will be way less attracted to me. I’m not sure if I can get a boyfriend IRL.

Hi, I just wanted to add I live in Asia where people couldn’t care less about body hair. In my experience people mind their own business though it might sound strange to some not born in Asia. There are Asian women who shave and those that don’t. I personally have nothing against those who shave as it’s their own body and their preferences, therefore it’s their choice. They can shave/not shave if they want to.

No, you are absolutely not doomed to be single. You'll find a guy who loves you for who you are, body hair and all. Everyone has their own preferences, and while some guys might prefer a certain look, there are just as many who don't care about it, or even prefer it. The important thing is that you're comfortable in your own skin and that you don't feel pressured to change yourself for someone else. When you're dating, the right guy for you will be attracted to you, not a version of you that's been groomed to his liking. There are plenty of guys out there who will love your natural look and will be happy you feel confident enough to be yourself. Just be open and confident, and you'll find someone who sees your natural beauty.

I remember when I moved out it was my mom's house and I moved in with two guys their brothers and we would have kagers on the weekend

And I really like this girl. And we started making out and she didn't shave it and I was totally in love

The majority of men do not find it attractive, including myself. To me, it's just effort to put into your appearance. I shave my armpit hair and my chest hair. I trim my facial hair and make sure it looks maintained. I would shave my arms and my legs as well if I thought it looked good to women, but a little hair actually looks attractive and masculine to most women.

I prefer women that care about their appearance as much as I do, because the truth is... it matters. Physical attraction is a thing.

Just because hair is natural doesn't mean it's attractive to grow out. If that were the case, then never cut your hair, never clean your unibrow, never cut your nails, never shave anywhere. Just grow it all out and become unattractive in the eyes of the majority.

I will never be attracted to a woman that refuses to put effort into her appearance thinking it's some form of unfair male oppression to have to maintain her appearance.

Understand but it’s a personal choice for everybody. As for me I concentrate on showering, trimming my nails, washing my face, etc. The only thing I didn’t groom is my body hair because in my country there are different types of women. Some chose to shave yes while others chose not too. It doesn’t mean they’re lazy, they just don’t want to follow beauty standards. Shaving body hair is actually a beauty standard and no one should feel the pressure to shave. You state majority of men are not attracted to body hair. How would you know? I agree yes many men are not attracted to body hair but we can’t say it’s majority unless there’s a world wide survey. In Asia, men have different preferences. I heard from some men they’re fine with it and even attracted to body hair but the reason why I don’t have the confidence to date is because of high divorce rates in my country. To me everyone deserves the right to choose how they want to groom themselves and it’s none of my business to tell them otherwise. I’m a firm believer of ‘If it makes them happy, why not?’ Some don’t mind grooming to that extent while others don’t see the need to. As long as they are clean and hygienic, I have nothing to say.

Every time before I go out in public, definitely. But even if I don't go out, I do it at least once every couple days. It takes me about 30 minutes at the start of the day give or take. If I shave my pubes, it takes me an extra 30 min (sensitive area, so gotta be careful)

As a woman, I shave my armpits in the summer and occasionally when I feel like it
I trim my cat either when I can swirl my hair, when I want to or when I wanna see my pink clit jump
But I'm not looking to date anyone, I'd probably landscape more if I was intimate
But be careful shaving or waxing because ingrown hairs can become inflamed and infected
I had one and it was painful and the day before my doctors appointment it busted and it was worst thing ever. I had to take some time off of work because I couldn't walk right. I don't shave my arms and legs tho

Nah you are fine. Just find a man who likes natural women. My man has never once even noticed or cared about my body hair. I acutally find it really odd behavior when men care about it being removed. Its like they dont acutally like real women. They'd rather have a barbie doll than a human woman

It depends who you’re asking, because I live in the US, and culturally it’s a little different here. Since you’re saying it’s a common practice in Asia, then I’m assuming it’s more commonly accepted there, which would mean some men wouldn’t mind since you do live there.

If it really does become a barrier, you'd be unwilling to change such a trivial thing in order to be in a good relationship? Shaving is a very small concession in the realm of relationships.

They make creams nowadays that work really good; 5-10minutes and the problem is solved. The hair just wipes away. No muss no fuss.

In Taiwan here nope, mostly people don’t like hair body even in men. That’s why you barely can see people with beard or mustaches here. In Indonesia, people don’t like body hair especially private area, legs and armpits. But people love men with beard.

It’s because I heard some men talked about their preferences so I know it’s a mixed bag. I’m just not so confident I can get one because I’m bad at choosing and I’m afraid of getting into a relationship as someone who is new to relationships.
