If an old woman gets pregnant by a younger man, she can have healthy baby so it's better for old woman to have kids with younger men than twh other way around.

Society been lying to us that men can have kids whenever they want when sperm quality declines with age. It's not the eggs that's the problem

Women are born with all the eggs they will ever have. When a woman gets old her eggs have gone through a life of toxins, illnesses, medications and what not.
I’m not saying a man can’t make bad sperm but a healthy old man with a good diet will probably make sperm just as good as a young man.
