Well one irrefutable proof life has taught me. Women are drawn to thier fantasies. You could make the same argument about men but since men are much more likely to present a fantasy to attract/win the favor of a woman than a woman is to do so for a man, I stick to my assertion. I don't like pretending for anyone. So generally a woman has to invest time and effort to see my worth. The only time a woman takes quick interest in me is when she sees me in my rare element where that side of me is on full display. So generally what happens is as follows. I'm interested in them and I'm invisible or of not interest to them. Or thier interested in me and they can provide no good reason why I would or should be interested in them. Women are queens of thinking, "I like you, and for that reason alone you should like me". Life don't work that way.

I was picky. A woman's appearance had to suit my taste. Rather than settling for pump and dump, she had to look like someone I would be proud to have as a girlfriend. But I also had to like her mannerisms, personality and character. And, she had to be into me.
I wanted mutual infatuation and hot sex with a long-term, monogamous girlfriend.

Yes, I’d say I’ve always been very picky. For me being attracted to my Partner is a must. I’m not the type of woman who dates the guy who’s available and likes me it has to be more than that. That’s why when I was single in between relationships I would stay single for a really long time until I found someone who matches my requirements. Luckily I got to marry the Man I wanted and not the guy who was just available because I didn’t have any other options.
