Let me reiterate having standards and being picky are not the same.
Picky: is nitpicking every little detail about a person. You don’t like the way their nose look.
Standards: Is base of relationship. Letting a man or woman know what you will not tolerate. Such as domestic violence, gambling, being disrespectful to your mother ( which sets the tone and how you treat women)

Lmao im definitely the type whose turned down many because of their nose. I didn't tell them thats why, but thats why. Sorry but the nose is on the face and the face is the most important part of the body that I’m looking at. The face is the first thing that attracts me aside from voice and posture. The nose is what could be passed down to the baby. So yea i gotta be picky with that one. As for other things, i think I’ve compromised a bit but not as much. You saw my list on that post the other day 🤣

One of my best friends in high school told me I was picky once and I was shocked because I thought I was probably one of the least picky men on the planet! As I got older though and started looking at that a bit more, I think there's some truth to it now lol. Although I still don't see it as picky but? I like what I like and I know what I don't.
