By a 60-40 margin, girls voted for the guy to ask about a specific date, which is good because guys voted overwhelmingly or that. Is this one of those rare times where girls and guys agree on something?

A man who knows what he wants doesn’t “test the waters,” he makes the plan.

“Would you like to go out sometime?” sounds like hesitation.

“How about dinner Friday at 7?” sounds like confidence.

I’ve honestly never ever thought about it. Each guy has his own way of asking… as long as he’s clear enough that I CATCH ON he’s asking me out and not just asking for a business meeting or something, I’m good.

Asking me to go out, if it's a first date, is a bit too formal for my liking. He shouldn't lay all his cards on the table in one go.
