I actually think it’s a solid rule of thumb. Nobody wants to feel like they’re carrying the entire conversation or talking to someone who’s only focused on themselves. Being genuinely interested asking questions, listening, engaging shows effort and emotional maturity.

Most people feel more connected to someone who makes them feel seen and heard than someone who’s just trying to impress them. And honestly, being interested often does make you more interesting, because it creates deeper conversations and shows confidence without trying too hard.

So yeah, you don’t have to be flashy or overly “interesting.” Showing curiosity and genuine interest goes a long way in building attraction and connection.

Yep. I don’t think girls are generally interesting that I know, but when liking good music and stuff they are. But they are interesting by being girly and showing you their interest, and it makes me enjoy being around them. I don’t even care for such things anyway.


If a girl isn’t showing they like me and expecting me to text all the time with bad replies then I just stop texting them. I want someone who is interested in me like I am them, not someone who wants me to make them interested.

Well i definitely appreciate when a woman actually shows interest in things i talk about or enjoy, however at some point im going to want to learn a lot about her so if she has major difficulties conveying things back i might have issues with that. communication is a huge thing for me so on that basis i may be a tad concerned
