For women, their realistic answer is "more and better." No matter how good a man looks and no matter how much money he has, if she finds someone with more in either area, she will likely leave. Also, the majority of women want a man that looks better than anyone she has ever been with, has more money than anyone she has been with, is taller than anyone she's been with, is bigger down there than anyone she's been with, etc. So he needs to be better in every way possible than everyone else.
For example, Man 1 was 6' tall, but fat and poor. Man 2 was wealthy, but short. Man C3was big down there, but average height and average income. To be satisfied, a man would have to be taller than man 1, have more money than man 2, and be bigger down there than man 3. They are determined to be unhappy in life no matter what.
For most men, as long as she is a 5 or better in looks and has compatible morals and interests and is loyal, that is good enough and he can legitimately be satisfied. Even if he had been with someone that looked better than her it is fine, and most men don't even care about how much money the woman makes as long as she doesn't have a lot of debt that she expects him to pay for. That is why many women that got a degree and make good money get angry when men don't care because she worked hard to gain something that doesn't matter for getting a good mate. It also often leads to lots of student loan debt, which actually makes many men not be interested at all.
That's very superficial, but since my financials are already good I'd go for looks.
That being said, a pretty face alone will not make it here. I´d rather read a book by the fire then.
I don't need someone rich but I don't want someone with big debt.
I don't need a top model but I need to find them attractive.
So both are important but neither is necessarily more important than the other.
Oh my... Why are these shallow criteria the only two criterion for choosing a person?

Not even remotely close.
What you need is personality, kindness and compassion, respect, intelligence, a sense of humor, honesty and integrity, good communication skills, and shared interests and values.
I don’t need someone rich, just at least the same with me. It means when i have property, they have to get the same value as it. But I don’t want to marry someone ugly too.
If he has a decent paying job than I would choose looks.
Neither, it should be arranged by their fathers. Dating is gay
good question though i would ask how much debit do you have.
i’d say looks tbh
their looks n personality
