Is it normal to just want a regular, exclusive sex partner without dating?

So I’ve had absolutely 0 luck on dating apps thus far which to be fair, I haven’t put a whole lot of effort into.

A few matches but, no messages back.

Either way tho, I keep seeing all these girls saying they dont want hookups and they only want serious relationships and all this stuff

Fair bit of them even say they’re Christian or have “want kids” or “open to kids” in the children section of their profile.

Either way tho I kinda feel as tho I sorta just want sex more than anything else tho if I’m being completely honest.

Like, I’m not a “pump and dump” kind of guy who just wants to plow through multiple different women either. I’d much rather just find a woman I like spending time with and have sex with her on a consistent basis.

I just don’t really fancy going on all these dates and having all these intellectually advanced conversations to try and match with “the one” at the moment.

I’d much rather just keep it simple and find a woman I’m attracted to and meet her on a consistent basis for sex.

Ideally probably around once a week but could be even less than that if she’s too busy one week or something.

Main thing being tho, I kinda just want a stable sex partner I could meet on a consistent basis.

I figure so long as they’re not like super toxic or anything, it’d probably work out just fine.

But if it didn’t then I’d just walk away and find another one.

I’m a virgin either way but I’d be happy to get tested or wear a rubber if it made em feel better.

But yeah I sorta just feel its too difficult probably nowadays anyway with more traditional dating so why bother?

If I find the perfect partner eventually thats great but why spend all my time stressing out over it?

Thing is, if you have that in your bio, that you’re just looking for a regular sex partner, a fuck buddy, women will just hit not interested. I think for you as a man it’s a lot harder to find that with someone especially as she needs to be local if you want it regular.
With women it’s a bit easier to find a fuck buddy because that’s what most of the men want. Women on dating apps are looking to date and find love, not have a regular sex partner. I’m sure there are some exceptions to what some women want but she’d need to be local to you.

That’s okay!! You don’t need to settle down just because your peers are. You’re allowed to have some fun. At one point I thought like you, I wanted a regular partner to meet with occasionally without the drama of a relationship. Even though I said it was easy for women, its hard for me because they’d need to be local, I’d have to be sexually attracted to them and it would have to work within our schedules.
Anyway I hope you find what you’re looking for, try different apps, be honest in your bio, maybe offer friendship instead of dating. Be respect too. Try going to local bars and see if you can meet women that way and be honest there too. You never know there might be a woman looking for what you’re looking for.

I think it’s fair to take other peoples opinions into consideration when making a decision. At the same time though, not everyone is going to have the exact same experience, no matter what it is. Google tells me that dating app and site subscriptions currently range between $20-$40 per month. That could be how much you spend on a date, how much you’d put towards a room or an Uber for a casual sex arrangement; it’s not a crazy amount to put into taking a singular chance on something. You don’t have to over-invest, and I’d genuinely hope you’d have the wits about you not to entertain a woman who’s clearly promoting her OF or trying to ask you for any sort of money. I just think it could be worth trying it for yourself and seeing what happens. You put down that $20 you’d spend on fast food, try a month on an accredited site, and decide for yourself whether it was worth a shot with only your pocket change being lost.

Obviously you don’t have to do that, I just think you’d have a better shot on a platform where everyone is on the same page. It’s harder to find a hookup on an app geared towards dating. Not impossible, but your chances are slim.
