Guys, why would my ex randomly block me on Facebook after 3 years?

I just realized my ex-boyfriend blocked me on Facebook… tf? We broke up back in 2023 - I initiate it, so it’s literally been years. It wasn’t even a messy breakup — just a normal one because of long distance. I genuinely thought we were on good terms. I removed him from Instagram after we broke up, but I left Facebook alone because… who even uses Facebook that much anymore? For context I think he had a girlfriend later that year not sure if they r still together

So now I’m sitting here wondering: why all of a sudden? After all this time lmao

I had a woman do that to me.

I can't say for CERTAIN why HE did this to you. But i know why SHE did it to me. I ended the relationship, and for the next two years, she stalked me trying to get me back. Finally after two years she announced she was cutting me off and blocked me on facebook.😆

I think what really bothered her was she couldn't control me (at one time she could) and she wanted that back. She thought if she kept at it i'd capitchulate. Then finally after two years she realized she had no power over me anymore she showed her TRUE colors. And she wanted to announce the narrative in her mind that she was quitting me. Even though i'd ended it 2 years earlier.😆

I'm not saying this is the case, but maybe he wasn't done. After all you said YOU ended it. And after 3 years he'd finally got closure within himself. So he blocked you just to keep it tidy. It was over for you 3 years. ago. Just shrug and move on with your life.
