And how would you learn that the person cheated -- unless they cheated with YOU.
Someone who cheats is not only emotionally sick, but also willingly immoral. Emotional sickness can be cured but lack of morality probably falls into the "people never change" category. If he has morals he would break up 5 minutes before cheating, no matter what sickness causes him to cheat.
Nope, I don't see the point in that if I can always go for someone that has never cheated
I'd have some questions about the circumstances and why and how long ago it was and if I think they've changed since then. It's not an automatic no but it's a most likely no.

Depends on the reasons and how open the were about it. Definitely less likely that I'd date then but not impossible.
Once a cheater always a cheater. I have no interest in being someone's next victim
I'm totally agree with you
Unlikely but possible. Only if I was certain they had changed and wouldn’t do it again.
Once a cheater always a cheater can't change them
Probably not, but I'd consider it if it was a lighter infraction with me.
Depends on the circumstances and if they admit they made a bad mistake.
Nope, I have self respect
