Should I reveal my $2M savings on the first date to avoid rejection?

I get rejected because of lack of cash often, and the fact that I work in simple jobs, I don't feel comtrable revealing private information to girls that I precieve as strangers and I don't want them to be financialy dependent on me.

It is money that I have inherited. Regardless, most girls that I have dated didn't have a lot of money to begin with, so it is hypecritical

That $2 million should earn you $100,000 to 160,000 a year minimum. Get it invested with a company like Vanguard.

At your age go lighter in the Bonds and put a decent amount in international stocks. Be careful with small and mid cap stock indexes as they tend to under perform in my opinion.

Stay away from gold diggers. Telling them you have $2 million will attract them.

That said, women also need to know you have the ability to provide. You could now go to school for a trade or a degree in something that will get you a better job. They need to see you have your stuff together. You can tell them that you make $60k as 3% of $2 million will provide that and your money will continue to grow as you are taking out half or so of the dividends each year and reinvesting the rest.

Taking out 2% to 3% will give you that type of income for life. The rest will grow and will keep up with inflation. Add a job or a trade on too of that and you are all set. DM me if you have questions. Good luck.

Well yeah if you think you're smart enough to know a gold digger from not otherwise don't and I'd heed on thinking you aren't.
The much better thing to do is simply get a nice house, invest and show the side more that you have secure stable living over the fact you are rich. You don't flaunt wealth or disclose it but you do show a decent set up.

How do you work what would be considered "simple jobs" and have a savings of $2 million dollars? I work a simple job and it is barely enough for the school year at college. I haven't heard of too many 30 somethings that are millionaires from working simple jobs.

Your finances are your own business. Don't tell them about it then. I don't understand how someone that is as successful as you and made millions can't figure out an answer to a very simple question. Something isn't adding up to me.

My grandmother is a holocaust survivor and a doctor and she saved all of her money for me and my brother. So in a sense it is not really my money.

Absolutely not. Keep it simple and accept the rejections. Ones who are into you will accept the coffee and picnic dates. Once they have , then feel free to take them out to nice places as they have shown that they are not in it for the money.

They ask me if I have a driver's license , I say " No" , they ask me about my occupation and I tell them I work in a simple job or currently study w/e. I always bring money in dates. Why would cash matter to girls that much anyway? if we wanna start a family we can do it with simple Jobs.

Ok. So what these women see is a man who completely lacks ambition. He hasn’t had the motivation to get a drivers license, he hasn’t had the motivation to get a proper job, he also has no plans to in the future. This in itself is a turn of for women. Many women are attracted to ambitious men who have the motivation and drive to get somewhere in life.
Then, they also consider what future they would have with a man like that. You mention you can have a family with simple jobs. No, you can’t. Everything is very expensive and that kind of salary won’t be enough live a normal comfortable life for a family. You would really struggle to make ends meet and you would be very limited in where you could live, what food you could buy, what vacations would look like (likely wouldn’t afford vacations at all). Money is important. It determines the standard of life you can provide for yourself and your kids. She realize she would never be able to be a stay at home mom if she wanted to, that your kids wouldn’t be able to grow up in a safe neighbourhood, that your kids wouldn’t be able to do extra curriculars, that you’d struggle to get Christmas/birthday presents and so on. She would also have to be the one to drive everywhere (if you could afford a car) and drop of kids at school/friends/doctors/dentists/extracurriculars because you can’t drive.
So not only is the lack of ambition a turn off, she rightfully sees no future with you. Being with you, she would probably feel like your mother. Why would any woman pick someone like you when there are normal men who can offer a normal life where she and her potential kids don’t have to live in poverty? She has no idea that you have money saved so that isn’t taken into consideration, but even so the lack of ambition is still a turn off and what about when that money is gone? I understand you’re being rejected. You don’t offer a safe and financislly stable future and your personality type isn’t attractive to most women.
