I did with my current boyfriend but we had already been talking for nearly a month before we ever had our first date so by that point I was comfortable with him.

We hadn't even finished the date and he said that he wanted to ask to kiss me but he was nervous to do it. I told him "well what's stopping you?". He smiled and we kissed. When the date was over and he dropped me off at my house, we kissed a lot more and the rest is history. Now I can kiss him anytime I want.

Depends on what type of Kiss... A peck on the cheek is quite accepted.
A simple short kiss on the lips is fine as well. (If the date went well & you two hit it off nicely)
But a full blown French Kiss... NO ... Not yet.
