Guys, Do You Find It Insulting When The Woman Wants To Pay Something Towards The Dinner Bill While On Your Date With Her?

I just watched a short clip about this and the guy seemed to be really put off when she put money on the table when the bill came.

No, I would not be offended. I would explain that I am an extremely traditional guy with respect to dating, I can easily afford to pay for everything, and that is what I do. Continuing, I would say that many women think if a guy pays for a date, he expects her to give him sex, but I have no such expectation. In fact, a woman who would have sex in exchange for a $50-75 dinner would simply be a cheap whore, that is not what I am seeking, and I hope she understands that clearly. My expectation is that she will give me her attention during the date and, if she feels inclined, she can hold my hand and maybe give me a simple goodnight kiss at the end of the date. But. . . if she is still concerned about me paying for the date, it is not something to fight about and I will gladly accept whatever she wants to do.

It doesn't bother me a bit. In fact, it shows character. But I would be put off if she made a big thing about insisting on a first date. It also shows character to be gracious.

If we were already dating, it would be nice if she treated me once in a while. My ego isn't tied to always paying for everything as if that makes me manly.

So yeah, if I was dating someone and we were exclusive and we were at dinner and she says "I'll give you $20 towards dinner" that's insulting. If we're both employed, then pay for a whole date every now and then.
