Does his Tinder nickname hint he likes me after canceling our third date?

How much does this guy seems to like me? Like me n him went on a good first date for ice cream he was shy n respectful second date he picked me up n I laughed so much he hugged me he put his head on my neck since im 5'5 he's 6'1 n then he said how my heart slowed down like huh when did I ask? N then he got me a doll from a claw machine n got a smiley doll n said how i acted that night n for memories, i should keep it. We were planning to meetup on Saturday he seemed very into me and said how i should look pretty n we were talking bout what movie to watch he canceled like this: Hey look something came up, i wouldn't be available tonight... maybe we can do some other time" yesterday he put the nickname i told him twice on on his tinder bio is it more likely he was stressed bout the time n he was at work n realized he couldn't make it in time? how likely when i texted him this morning at 2 am he read it around 10 am, and also he has a following list of 200 people he follows on instagram, but has 269 followers who follow him back, is it more likely he was just stressed but now doesn't know how to go about it? my friends say how he likes me n how i should give him space to come back to me.. but I don't know
