Which traits do you wish men would focus less on?

We need less negativity, ego, and animosity

Financial and professional jealousy. I had a co worker who would try to get me fired to my boss saying I should not be given more hours than inferior employees when I live in a house and do not need the money from work for bills. And I knew a guy who judged me for not driving because he thought it was unfair I never had to pay for gas or car maintenance. And I knew another guy that was jealous I worked in an office while he did manual labour because he said his money came harder than mine. And there was a guy that would lie to everyone about my iq claiming it was very low, because he was jealous I was more educated then him since he graduated from one of the worst community colleges in the country.

Personality mean most. Intalectually, second. I’d like him to focus less on physical things and more on who I am as a person.

Maybe not ”trait”, but ego and seeming cool/acceptable to their friends or other men.
