If you already have a partner, let's say that this is a new pursuit of theirs. And if you don't, imagine dating someone like this: They want to make a youtube channel where they'll post videos of them flirting with strangers and getting their phone numbers on a daily basis. They say they will be faithful to you and that this is only for teaching purposes. How would you feel? Would you be for it? Or against it? And why?

A few weeks ago, I ended my relationship of the past two years. I'm sorry that it did not work but she revealed herself to be a hard core alcoholic with no motivation to control her use of alcohol, so I am relieved that it is over. I had been trying to get her to move out of our home since April but she was in the hospital three times this year, and unemployed, and she did not have the money to move out sooner. I was too patient with her but it is now over.

So I have returned to online dating. I have active profiles on POF and on Bumble. I know that many of the younger users are skeptical of online dating but I am not. I resumed online dating on Saturday, December 21. I already have one first meeting scheduled for this coming Saturday and I am exchanging messages with three other ladies; I expect to schedule a first meeting with one of them within the next 2-3 days.

Have you tried online dating before? Did you have success with finding someone for dating? Would you try it again?

For girls it’s so easy.
Look at social media. Women get a lot of attention even from strangers on there. When women see a guy they like they look him up on Instagram and size him up.
I don’t even have Instagram!! So I must be like invisible to people.

- He often initiates on Instagram or fb in reaction to one of her stories but she responds with lengthy responses and the conversation tends to continue.
- In person, they only see each other when the group they’re part of meets but she tends to initiate the conversation with him even if he ignores her. They tend to talk for a long time.
- She was once being pursued by another member of the group who wanted to take her home at the end of the day. The pursuer was trying hard on the train and her being nice was probably giving him good signals. She also tried to keep talking to him (friend) to try and get away from the pursuer. Friend walked off and left them to it. She somehow got away from pursuer and chased after the friend.

I dated a gamer girl once, we would sit for hours, snack, game, she'd rided 😏 then game again. If she didn't have such a cold heart, I think I would of loved her 🤷🏽‍♂️

So being the type of guy that I am;

-Little extra at 256 lbs last weighed
-a gamer at heart, but likes to go hiking, bike riding, swimming and camping
-socially awkward
- not confident in myself in the slightest

How would I determine if I'm better off in a relationship or a friends with benefits situation? Every relationship I've been in has failed, I'm usually never given the information as to why it fails other than they lost interest in me. The only times I've had females seem close to me is when it's like a one night stand situation, we are still friends and occasionally we will hook back up here and there. But they are never interested in a relationship, though I've already had experience in both fields, I'm lost as to which would be better for me. I feel like if I choose one or the other on a whim rather than some thing like this I'll just end up hurting myself.

Not suggesting that but I'm just asking.
I personally don't think, that giving up on women yields anything good. I love them too much. They don't cause me any harm or pose any dangers (as long as I don't let myself being taken advantage of that is). I believe the "reward" may be very worth the effort in some cases.

I mean MGTOW has their own business, so I am not going to touch on that. Or those, who prefer to stay single. I have no problems with them or any questions for them in those regards.

But how about you? Do you think it's worth giving up completely on women and miss out on love? Even if you don't believe, that women's love exists until you see it yourself?

1) Make a decided effort to communicate with female colleagues via email as opposed to face-to-face. Email provides documentation.

2) Do not come up from behind women in the office, either take a different route or make approach from the front.

3) Do not engage in any personal or dating/sexual conversations at all at work (even with another man) as it could possibly overheard by a woman. Conversations to which a woman is not a party can be seen as harassment or abusive and be a serious violation of HR policy.

4) If you want to ask a woman from your office on a date (not recommended), you may only ask her out ONE time.

5) Never have a meeting with a female colleague in your office without at least one other person being present. A better idea is to have a Skype or webex meeting even if she works in the same building.

6) Never comment about a woman's looks or fashion choices (i. e. "I like that dress" or "you look great today"). Never ask a woman if she is married/divorced/dating and never comment on the pictures she may have on her desk or as a screensaver.

7) Never meet a female colleague for "drinks" after hours. After hours with a female employee is still considered "work" by HR and any comments or behaviour can be reported to HR. Do no invite female colleagues to any non-work events (such as sporting events) as such invitations could be seen as "creep" ways to ask for a date.

8) If you must travel with a female colleague for work you should select different flights, and have hotel rooms on different floors, do not meet for meals or drinks unless they are part of an official function. Pay for your own rental car if necessary.

9) Do not offer unsolicited help to pregnant or disabled women in the office.

10) During office parties, do not consume any alcohol at all! Do not be alone with any women for even a moment. If you find yourself in a corner or room alone with a woman, quickly and politely excuse yourself and note the time on your watch.

THE NICE GUY:

The guy who will listen to a woman's problems, support her through hard times and cater to her needs 24/7. The guy who will break his back just to make her happy at the cost of all his treasure.

In the end... the nice guy hopes of getting love, affection and sex in return for his efforts. That's the nice guy.
