why do you want to know this? the question you should ask is: what does it mean when a man doesn't want a woman to ask them out. and would you want such a man?
i personally like it because i want a "partner", not a kitchen applience. i want an equal modern relationship so to me her asking me out is favourable, cause it shows me that she may be that type of "partner" and not just a leech.
