None of these seem particulary appealing.
Movie Critic: Your life revolving around criticising rather than just enjoying the art.
National Geographic Photographer: Literally sitting all day immovable and waiting for shit to happen.
Hollywood Star: Fame causing a lack of privacy.
Chocolate Taster: Overeating = eventually being unable to enjoy it anymore.
Writer: Tell that to the writers with a writer block.
Secret Shopper: Well, if you like shopping. I certainly don't.
Pilot: No steady home a lot of times and quite stressful.
Detective: It's not like in movies and actually pretty boring since a lot of it is just researching.
I wanna be writer, detective, chocolate taster and secret shopper XD
And pilot, I would give it a try too.

This is all so subjective.
But although these jobs sound lavish at first impression but do you know how much work and pain it takes to get yourself on that kind of level?
People don't just 'magically' become movie critiques, Hollywood stars, pilots, writers... They probably threw away their youth for their studies and practices to get to where they are now.
You don't even have to 'dream' about it, because in actually fact, it can all become a reality. It's about whether you're willing to put in the work in and endure the pain this journey brings.
Hell some of these people probably even envied normal people at some point of their lives asking themselves if all the effort was really necessary. Cause chilling and going out with friends seem to be something a lot of people also want.
if you knew all the implications and shit a writer goes through you'd never say that. its a nightmare. and most true talents are never published because of publishing companies' politics and market game. and it takes total dedication and isolation to focus on a writing a book.
Chocolate taster? That would make you sick at some point. Regret it later.
Those fields are all so difficult to get ahead in, it's not even funny
They're all wank, I can come up with some better ones that.
Many movie critics have poor taste.
Secret Shopper and pilot yes.
