Some people often say, Oh he/she is really blessed but have you ever realised that if you are alive you are blessed.

People are always wishing for miracles but why can't you just realise that the greatest miracle is life.

Understand it clearly before you lose the capacity to understand,make you heart a child's one again.

If you weren't alive would other miracles ever take place for you...of course not, appreciate life because Life's miracle makes other miracles possible.

Success isn't the key to happiness, but happiness is the key to success. When you love what you do you will definitely be successful.

And yes there is another thing also that some people believe, it is that if they are simple employees they cannot bring a change for the better where they work but you DON'T need to have the biggest title to do the best job. I quote Dr.Martin Luther King Jr:"If a man is called a street sweeper,he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted or as Beehoven composed music or Shakespear wrote poetry.He should sweep strets so well that all the hosts of heaven of heaven and earth will pause to say ,'here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well'."

Give your best in whatever you do everyday to put bread on your table.

As it is the best among us aren't more gifted than the rest but they take little steps towards their biggest life each day.

As you live your days so you craft your life.

Then again you cannot expect different results in any field of your life if you don't change your habits.

Einstein defined insanity as doing the same things but expecting different results.

It doesn't mean that if you fail you must abandon,in fact failure is the price of greatness. As innovation guru David Kelley said,"Fail sooner.Succeed sooner",for the great author Robin Sharma my guide, the only failure is the failure to try,dream and dare and i completely agree with him because ten years from now you will regret mostly the things you didnot do than those you did. The real risk lies in riskless living and never forget that you cannot win a game you don't even play.

Some people often say they don't have enough time, something even me I too often say but just think of your day and think of all the things which you did uselessly. Peter Drucker, management expert said it so well, "There is nothing as useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all." Make time to think and you will make better decisions and wiser choices. You will become clearer on the best uses of your time and eventually save your time.

We all too often forget that, ultimately, business and life is all about forging human bonds, remember that before someone will lend you a hand you need to touch their hearts.

Life greatest pleasures are often the simplest ones like watching a sunset like this.

As a conclusion I will tell you a little story about Pablo Picasso.

One day a woman spotted him in the market and pulled out a piece of paper."Mr Picasso,"she said excitedly ," I'm a big fan.Please, could you do a little drawing for me?" Picasso happily complied and quickly etched out a piece of art for her on the paper provided. He smiled as he handed it back to her, and said, "That will be a million dollars." "But Mr Picasso," the flustered woman relpied, "it took you 30 seconds to do this little masterpiece." "My good woman," Picasso laughed, "it took me 30 years to do that masterpiece in 30 seconds."

Focus + Daily improvement + Time= Genuis. Understand that formula deeply and your life will never be the same.

The harder you work, the luckier you will get.Life help those who help themselves. You cannot get successful without hardwork as success cannot be inherited it has to be earned, just like respect.
