1. Never be a snitch, say the truth if a boss asks you a direct question, otherwise let it slide.
2. Frequent flyer, unless there will be a commotion from someone else, then consult someone of who to pick.
3. Tell the pilot you are nkt authorized to do the task, if the task is of ut most imoortant then do it if not refuse unless the pilot has a lot of influence.
4. Just a standard one, ladies and getlemen today is blah blah blah
5. Tell them that it is policy to place the urn under the seat for their safety and others if they still refuse inorm the pilot.
6. Tell the passenger that the airline does not take race into consideration when changing seats.
7. Inform the pilot of the situation and allow them to handle it.
8. Never hsve broken an obligation.
9. Talk to the parent of the child to havw the child behave, if it continue inform the pilot of the situation.

2. Well pregnant women shouldn't fly, the woman with the infant needs two seats, and the frequent flyer should of massage better arrangements, so probably the gentleman, because time is precious at these moments

#5 is a tough one. I wonder how the issue was resolved in that situation when it actually happened?
