Guys, Questions on respect with friends with benefits/hookup?

I need to know the level of respect a guy has for a girl in each situation (please rank your answers), I'm getting ready to cut a few guys off:

• A guy who wants to pursue something sexual with a girl but doesn't want a relationship
• A guy who wants to pursue something sexual with a girl but has a good reason for why he "can't" be in a relationship
• A guy who doesn't want a relationship but flirts/hangs out with her every once in a blue moon, ignores her otherwise
• A guy who wants to have sex first to determine whether he wants a relationship with her
• A guy who doesn't want a relationship and talks/asks to hang out from time to time but hangouts often turn sexual

To start a relationship of that mega exposed in her and your life.
There must be rules and an understanding of the rules. Accept that kind of relationship is complex and maintaining is not easy
