I've never seen an average done that way. I assume that means out of 100. I also assume it's an average of multiple classes.
75.43 would normally be a C which is a 2. But only the final grade at the end of the semester that counts toward GPA.
Your GPA is your cumulative average of all classes during your four years of high school. Each class is normally converted to a letter grade. Then the GPA is calculated from all your letter grades.
Unless it's changed, the GPA does not include your last semester of your senior year. That's because you won't have the grades from the final semester in time to apply for college.

If it's a 70-79 scale being a C, or 2, then, yeah.
you mean your average is 75%?
Yeah that would be about a 1.5 at my hs tho
