I don't currently have a spouse, but if I do remarry at some point I hope I have the sense to may sometime I would have no problem working with or for.
My wife and I would have our challenges. Ultimately I would work with her because we each give what the other person lacks. She gets to be the boss because she has stronger business ability than I do.

I do already. It's never an issue. It only becomes issues if you're in an unhealthy relationship.
