I think it depends on the workplace. I work from home, so I COULD be nekkid and NO ONE would know or care!
On the other hand, if I was working in field facing the public or clients, then that would be an ENTIRELY different matter.
As a rule, I DON'T snitch on anyone's dress code. If it's inappropriate, then it WILL catch up to them one way or another!

I try not to directly engage because it'll just end up as a fight, I'll get him in the hospital, I could be fired, etc. Pain in the ass.

I guess I'm just curious to see some opinions on that, because it seems like it's always about how women dress, and I've seen some men in a very professional workplace dressed in a not very professional manner. Would I call them out? No, and I wouldn't appreciate it if I were called out by them either.
