Why can’t I drive?

My dad will not let me drive! I go to driving school and my driving instructor told him that in order to gain experience I should drive to school, drive to restaurants and drive everywhere! He refuses to do that I asked him can I drive to school he says no I’m not ready yet. Before driving school he’d make me drive in a parking lot which is fine to start with but not for 8 fucking months. I even asked can I drive to a store that across from the house by myself and he was like no you’re not ready. I’ve been on the highway, to restarts, my job etc with my driving instructor. He cares for you and is afraid you would make an accident... You should be happy about it.. Its tottally fine... Im 21... Have had my license for 1 year driving manual cars perfectly and he still dosent let me take the car out for long distances alone.
