Why Should I Be Open to Relocation?

You don't need to be.
It's a good option if you're looking for jobs that may not be available in your current location, or your current location is too competitive for you to have much of an edge, but it's always just an option.
Especially nowadays most companies will entertain remote work if you're a good enough employee.
I don't know. Do they give you more money or better benefits if you relocate? But then again, money isn’t everything. If you’re happy in Silicon Valley, you should def stay there.
Thanks for MHO
As a local landlord, we get Internationals, people from California, and etc all the time. We have more PhD per capita than anywhere else globally… in the 🌍.
Do you work for a company that is telling you that you should be willing to relocate?
@ArrowheadSW I don't have to worry about relocation because I'm currently working part-time at Lowes.

Silicon valley is deadbeat. Just cash in and move somewhere with life.
I could never see the logic of moving to a place you don't like just for a job. I interviewed for jobs in places I wanted to live.
MO and TX are actually cool states, tho. 🤪
It is up to you, if you feel adventurous. No one is forcing you. 🤪
Than don't move, lol.
Isn't it more affordable to live in Texas?
If it's not SoCal im not moving
