Why is it impossible to print a fake money which is indistinguishable from the original one?

It's not impossible. A number of counterfeiters have produced fake money of highest quality. The effort is rather huge, though. Not to mention your potential prison time.

Because original currency in the United States is 75% cotton and 25% linen and when you look through it using some sort of light, you can see a government print that clarifies its an original print

It is the paper that money is printed on. It is made by one particular company and it has a rag content that other paper does not.
