What do you like to "train" in?

One lifelong goal for me is to keep the law of Moses by loving God with all my heart and mind and soul and by loving my neighbour as myself and a secondary goal that I have is I want to live as long as possible and that involves controlling my lifestyle and choosing wellness over indulgence.
I study Japanese and am really into gardening despite my limited experience in both. Very fulfilling work :)
I changed my majors to pursue it for my undergrad, but you don’t have to learn Japanese if you find that language impractical. Any language is a good one to learn so long as it adds to another goal of yours. Also, don’t worry about finding someone to practice with, there’s tons of online resources for that too outside of travel.
I do Judo after work around 3 times a week, and lift another 2 or so days a week. It's a good change of pace from office work, both because it's fun to use my body and because I enjoy competition. It's satisfying to build myself towards the strongest version of myself
Judo has nothing on mario kart, nobody gets to hit me over the head with a blue shell when I'm throwing them around at judo
If writing counts then that. Though I don't really train more just get right into it but one could argue writing so many words everyday is training. One could say reading is also training for writing.

Guitar, Pen Testing and Networking (also one other thing which I can't say in comments lol)
Oh the last thing isn't related to hacking lol.
I'm a pretty serious pool player, and I play bass guitar as well (I sing and play guitar, too, but bass is my real music passion)
