Don't know if I could go back to regular gym now 🤔 I'm curious to know what other people think!
(I'm intentionally excluding activities like running, swimming, yoga, etc. This question is for muscle building and definition)
I guess that's regular training at the gym.
I love training with the barbell for once. Typically I do big lifts like bench press, overhead press, squat, deadlift, and barbell row. And then some extra stuff on the side.
I've always been fascinated by calisthenics, though I don't think I'll ever be able to do them.
I'm way too weak, my grip is weak - and I have small hands so I cannot get as good as grip as the typical man. And I weigh too much. I've never been able to even hang from a bar, not even as a kid either, though a lot of kids could do the monkey bars.
So I'll just let others do that, and then I can watch them, impressed
Oh I know what you mean, I have upper body strength and big biceps and triceps, but my wrists are very small and they always limit me. I do high intensity, but sometimes I need to drop weight just because my forearm can't take it anymore
I've just always been weak, especially my grip strength xD in the mornings I can hardly open a juice cap.
That can always change 😊
Eeehh, maybe.
I do a little grip training inbetween my sets by holding and throwing the kg plate from one hand to the other, but that's new.
HIIT is great because you can have the pros of the weights with the cardio pros at pretty much the same time. Weight training is great for your muscles and staying strong, while the cardio part is great for your heart and staying lean. It's a win win
Nothing gives you better results in your overall mood as well as your appearance, than HIIT training... And I've done all forms of training.
Kind regards,

Agree, there's no coming back from it!
Weight training (regular gym).
I've never tried so much of the other stuff.
I recommend it! If only for a while just to put your body out of it's comfort zone of what its used to, and then go back to the gym
I'll probably try some more bodyweight type stuff in the gym, alongside it, like I've already been doing bicep chin ups quite consistently for the last few weeks.

None of the above. I train at home using the commercial version of the below DIY build. Consistent training with that will give you better results than all of what you're doing combined:
