We have all worked jobs where sometimes, it was the hardest working person who got treated the worst. Have you ever stuck your neck out for someone else's sake? Or did you watch them suffer for fear that you would join them.

Oh yes most definitely. Back in the earlier days of my career, there was a manager who was trying to teach a new employee the ENTIRE job in two hours. That was just nuts as there was way too much to it. I think there was some macho thing going on where he was trying to show the guy how much *he* knew. I intervened and told him to let the new employee settle in before showing everything. I think that manager had it in for that guy from the start for some reason. I was second in charge so my opinion counted, which was good.

I’ve never experienced that…there’s always the Gung-Ho one but the wife level fluctuates as clients are different…but procedurally all are cross-trained to fill gaps.-Guess one needs more OCD (ers) than “it’ll get done-Chill (ers) on Team.
