Secure at any job. I know they lie and take anything they say with a grain of salt
Well, I have seen it, and typically I am the one to voice the grievances of my crew and fellow coworkers because I strike that balance of calling out the problem bluntly but still tame.
I have seen screaming matches between coworker and employee to the point it got physical with a body slam... that one was wild turned into a low key brawl to break up the fight.
Military wise the way it is done is we voice the problem going up, never down and if it is in a crowded area we go off to a secluded area to discuss the issue and deal with it like professionals for morale and to keep undermining from happening.
Oh wow you're in the military or formerly?
Still in. I have given input on questions here regarding around topics of it. Been wearing the uniform since 2010
Im upper management and I get on leads and supervisors all the time. I've been called out as well from the floor on up. It happens, people make mistakes, we're people too. The difference is how you handle it, leaders accept that they Fd up and try and correct it, other people try and blame or deflect.
When I screw up I let it fall directly on my shoulders and I look for the best way to fix it. And if the floor is the one to call me out, I reward them for being part of the team (usually $5.00 in the company store) and caring enough to point out my error.
You sound like a great manager. But sadly my job has been lying since day 1 so im not surprised people are calling them out. I’m just enjoying the show

For 25-26 years I built gas stations all over my state and California and the company I work for always treated me really good but there were times where I thought I needed a raise and they would give it to me or they wouldn't but when they wouldn't give it to me the next day I would have a job at our competitions place of business and I went back and forth for 25-26 years when that company would give me what I want I would go back to the original company they would not only give me what I wanted plus more but what's really messed up is when you walk away like that and go to work for another company the guys that you have been training or the bosses friends son or whoever it might be that you've had to teach everything to when you come back is now you're supervisor I hate bosses and I hate supervisors because they know nothing all they care about is that title boss, supervisor, and when I would go back to work and now they were my boss I would laugh because they would tell me to do something or I was a smart-ass and I said okay what do you want me to do now just to see what they're going to say and I said well I can't do that because if I do that then this is going to mess up that over there and then if that's messed up over there then it's going to mess up this over here so why don't I do this over here and they would say no do what I told you to do and I would say okay so I would do it and then when I was finished with that I was saying what do you want me to do what do you mean finish what you're doing I said I can't we needed to do this first before we did that they would say oh f*** I said I told you LOL but I never really called them out I mean I f***** with him a lot just because all they care about is that title they don't even know how to wipe their own ass well I don't know that for sure LOL but I try not to call out anybody I mean it's kind of ridiculous I mean I can get along with anybody everybody but if they f*** with me then that's a whole other story
We still dont know who the actual “boss” is. They dont tell us crap
Yeah It was toxic. One company taking over a contract of another. This guy had been given a job offer at the new company but didn't like having to work at the office instead of home as with old. He complained he wouldn't be able to walk his dog during office hours :). He was told there wasn't a place for him at the old company with the contract gone. When he belatedly accepted the offer at the new company he was told it was filled.
He then told a co-worker to resign so he could have his job. He wasn't happy that my contract continued and thought he could do what I did regardless of his unwillingness to learn through my past tutoring and his lack of years of experience that I had and he never completed any courses he was given. Management was very patient with his ranting. I remember one saying they were lucky to get 4 hrs work out of him a day.
Wooow they were nice
😂😂 I wish I could witness that! The only time I was close was at a dumb ass Burger King where the manager literally through the office phone across the kitchen one day and then tried bagging me to not quote another day after chewing me out for a half hour when I made a sandwich wrong.
Daaaamn
I dont live to work. I work to get what i want so i dont have to have a job i love. Just one i dont hate
Yes. When I was younger I was one hell of an instigator & it's hell resisting the compulsion to fire the situation up:) I like to believe I tamed that down to charm but I could just be fooling myself.
Haha i bet
Its a daily occurence at my place. Its not outright hostile, its more just that the sups don't think anything all the way through and when we bring up legitimate questions they just ignore us. So when things go wrong its just a lot of "told ya".
Daaaamn but everyone waitin to see who gets fired tomorrow
I've never been in a position to witness this but I imagine it's satisfying to watch annoying supervisors get schooled
It really is. They stuttering like a mf
I did have a supervisor yelling profanity at everyone before are shift started because of what happened the day before because it was utter chaos. One of my coworkers told one of the managers and my supervisor got fired the next day.
Daaamn
yeap
ever been in such a situation
we were paid not to make a scene.
It wasn’t my shift but a friend texted me “ there’s gona be violence at work and I hopped on a motorcycle. I reached when it’s half way done and I got paid... 😂
Omgeee 😂
Yeah but it was mostly in a professional way and not these wild whatever that uou described haha
😂😂
I did call out management because they were doing some shady shit but I made sure my coworkers were on my side first.
Yea the coworkers today definitely were lol
Haha people kept posting those gifs during the video chat with the sups
Hahahahaha
I've never witnessed anything like that. I'm cooking popcorn. I'll be right down. Sounds like a great show.

How many people got fired or walked out

It would be funny if you show up and you're the only one there.
