I love my job, it’s a very rewarding career but it does get overwhelming and crazy at times. I would rate mine a solid 8.

When I was working, I rated my job as an 8; very enjoyable, or at least I enjoyed it enough to have a 29 year career.
When I was finally promoted to the position I had wanted from the day I hired on, it wasn't as great as I has imagined. The money was fantastic, but I spent most of my time in meetings, which I didn't enjoy.
Glad your career was enjoyable. Was it always an 8? Do you have anytime in the 29yrs where you would have rated it perfect?
I began as a Junior Engineer (I hated that job title) and advanced to associate Engineer, Engineer I, Engineer II, SR. Engineer, and then to Principal Engineer, where I supervised all engineering staff, as well as the surveyors. My years spent as Senior Engineer (one step below my terminal position) were the best. Even so, the salary for a Sr. Engineer was $153,00 v, $172,000 for Principal Engineer, plus various perks which made my total compensation close to $200K. When money talks, I listen.
Nice. I can see why you loved your career lol
I am a 4th grade student in college, I am in Faculty of Communications.
Basicly, my faculty is upon media, social media and communications as in the name.
Do i like it? You bet. I enjoy ever second as i learn more and more about it. 7/10
And would've picked it in highschool as well, too bad that i wasted that time with "tourism". They LITERALLY didn't teach us a SHIET.
I love my job, I'm an Aeronautical Engineer and a Pilot. I worked hard to get here, still working to move up the ladder, I'm paid very well, great benefits, travel and they pay for advanced College. I rate my job 10 out of 10.
You go girl. That’s a really good job, I see why you love it.
I don’t have a good job, I should have gone to college? I would have been better off.
Rate my job
It’s never too late to go to college yk

I love my job. However it is a lot of work mostly in the background. Coworkers and I used to joke that we where like ninjas you only see us when there is trouble otherwise we work in the shadows.
I would love to work in the shadows too.
I just got a new job and I don't know how it is going to be.
Are you at least excited?
I am but it is different. I had a job that I really liked but it got messed up because of covid and I have waited for 2 years to get called back. Finally I had to find something else. It is a good job, it pays well, is a good commute and the boss seems nice. Still I would rather have my old job back.
I know how you feel. Hope the new job goes well!
I like being a software engineer. Get to solve puzzles and be online all day
Did you Rate it as likable or lovable?
Oh I had to rate it? That’s like following the rules and being a conformist. Maybe I just skipped that part… (umm I ranked it an 8, can’t lie)
Nah you didn’t have to say it upfront. That’s just me being nosy lol
You were going to get it outta me eventually.. might as well be upfront Miss Nose
My job pays very well (about 300k - 400K / yr) but the hours are unpredictable to some extent, and the work, which I am well trained to do, is still VERY stressful at times. The best part is that I only work 4 days a week.
I work at a national healthcare firm. It’s too much stress and I honestly don’t like it at all. I’m thankful I have a job but it’s eating at my soul. I’m looking for a way out atm.
I’d give mine a nine out of 10 it is a good job yes
I do school lmao
Lol I did enjoy my HS days, I’m sure you like yours too right?
Lol do I actually sound like that? Help! But I graduated quite early so it’s been a while.
It’s fine. I still very much feel my age
