How to cope with being ostracized because of lies about me?

Work colleagues spread lies about me having feelings for a female friend (I don't) and she started avoiding me, she didn't tell me why she was avoiding me so I ended up asking my work colleagues if they know (they did) but they lies to me and said they didn't know, then one of them tells her I just said to him he wasn't allowed to talk to her, she believed these new lies and completely cut me off, then my work colleagues spread more lies about me that resulted in me losing my job, now I'm bavk with a different company at same building and people deliberately keep outings from me bevause no one wants me there, the bullies won, how can i cope with being hated and left out because of lies about me?

Seems like a toxic environment for anyone to endure pick yourself up and make a new start else where no one needs that in they're life and it will not help you're mental health and wellbeing whatsoever!
