thinking of wearing this to an interview, thoughts?
Which of these near identical shirts is best? Oh my. Couldn't tell you.
Also not that I particularly mind it, but they do like awfully feminine. Perhaps that is the vibe you are going for or you wear them differently.
What job is it? While I wouldn't recommend any of those for many jobs, at least around here as long as you are whole, clean and mostly appropiately dressed all is well. I went to my last interview in sandals, a shirt and shorts. Went just fine and got the offer since that getup on a warm summerday just makes sense.

Depends on the job. But at first glance, I would lean pass.
No, it’s too much. It’ll distract from you, and be too memorable. It looks like you really like/need to express yourself. They might think you are a non-conformist. Most companies would prefer a neutral employee who moulds to the business and job, not the other way around.
It's a risky one. If you want to use this for a job interview make sure you wear a pair of black plain chinos and tuck the shirt inside your pants. A classic pair of shoes and you should be good to go. However, for job interviews you should opt for plain outfits.

For a guy? Neither of these. Something simple would be better…such as a plain color.
Surely "Fortune Ivy" is a woman's brand of clothing.
What's the interview for? Both look like they are a bit see-through
You might wanna go with something simple, but well put together
That's another one of your sister's shirts!
What kind of interview?

Too casual for an interview.
Only if you don't want the job
It's passable.
