Coworker says I don’t do enough at work?

I just started a new job 3 months ago straight out of college with a large brand retailer. I work 10 hours a day (often more with no OT) and manage over half the store by myself and a team of 50 people. I was blindsided and thrown into the position, but I am proud of myself for taking it on.

I had a coworker, who is at the same pay grade as me, tell me that I don’t do enough because the person in the role before me did “above and beyond”, and I feel like it’s entirely unfair because I’m still learning the position. The person before me was her best friend and “work wife”

I’m beyond burnt out and she told me this the first day I came back to work after having the flu.

She works in her office for most of the day, with a team of two for Human Resources.

Is there any advice I could have to deal with this? I’m honestly burn out and if I didn’t need the money for rent, I would quit.
