He said "we all" think that im slow moving and go to the bathroom too much (i told him i can't help if i have to go to the bathroom), and its been very slow days in the store yet he is saying that im not doing enough even though he and my coworkers are often standing around making stupid and even rude jokes and talking about nothing. Like wtf? there's nothing to do but if im standing around its an issue but is they stand around joking about stupid stuff its ok? Why?
I told him if he needs me to do anything let me know because i dont see what im missing. I feel like im doing my job.
Like wtf? I want to take him aside and ask if he's planning to fire me for going tothe bathroom too much because if he is i need to start having other job interviews lined up asap.
Now i asked if he's tryingto fire me and he said no he would let me know if it got to that point.
Meanwhile he lets sexual religious and other harassment occur and does it himself all day long at work but yet i dont complain even tho i could report his fukin stupid ass. Yet he's coming at me over some bullshit , bored motherfucker.
