Am I being lazy if I take a break after just 4 days of project work?

I am writing a book with 365 pieces of advice and after 4 days, I’ve completed my list of pointers. I want to rest before I flesh my tips down into sentences and paragraphs.

When doing projects, you need to balance work and rest. There is no point trying to keep working and not getting anywhere. What I usually do is set my deadlines and then try and balance working and resting to meet that deadline.

You might work more efficiently by just going and going or perhaps you work best in bursts. But either way, you should do what works best for you.
